Job Description

Eligible candidates must reside in the GTAWe are looking for a skilled Finished Goods Planner to generate production and replenishment plans that meet all sales orders in a timely manner and maintain the necessary inventory while utilizing all available resources as best as possible for AlumierMD, a innovative and disruptive global skin care brand.Production Planning & Replenishment (75%)Maintain and refine a rolling 12-month Master Production Plan in Gains, using Dynamics GP & SalesPad, aligned to sales forecasts (existing & new products), manufacturing capabilities, product sequencing and run rulesWork proactively to avoid backorders and minimize their impact when they occurAnalyze, identify and communicate risks associated with the Master Production Plan; build contingency or mitigation supply plansMonitor forecast fluctuations, calculate run-out dates and adjust order quantities and delivery dates in real timeExpedite and adjust production plan when necessary; escalate delays, shortages or quality issues to the Supply Planning ManagerIssue and manage POs, transfer orders and FG assembly transactionsCoordinate kitting and co-packing activities alongside the Senior Supply Packaging Planner and our warehouseLiaise with suppliers to schedule deliveries and resolve shortages, missed deliveries and other problemsManage inventory receipts and match PO/invoice quantities and pricing, troubleshooting discrepancies when requiredProcess Improvement & Systems (25%)Identify and lead projects to optimize planning processes, improve data integrity and streamline communicationsParticipate in implementing new supply chain planning and execution systemsStakeholder Communication & AuthorityDistribute weekly production status reports to Sales, Marketing, Demand Planning and NPD teamsLiaise daily with S&OP Manager, Quality, Finance & Accounts Payable, Inventory Manager, Warehouse & Logistics, CMOs and Sales & MarketingIssue RFQs and POs within agreed purchasing authority; negotiate day-to-day MOQs and lead-times, escalating higher-value negotiations to the Supply Planning ManagerPerformance Metrics (KPIs)Stock-out rateInventory turnsOn-time delivery (to warehouse/CMOs)ERP data integrity (PO follow-up & system updates)Cost savings and spend efficiency driven by improved production planningRequirementsYoure an entrepreneurial-minded superstar who is detail-oriented, energetic, positive, driven and hands-onembracing challenges in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
