Our client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to conduct precise measurements and collect data for engineering, construction, and mapping projects. Key Responsibilities:Conduct land surveys and boundary determinations using modern survey instruments and GPS technologyPrepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveysVerify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculationsInterpret survey data to determine positions, shapes, and elevations of land featuresCollaborate with engineers and construction teams to provide input during project planning and executionResearch previous survey evidence, maps, deeds, and other records to obtain relevant dataRecord survey results and present findings to clients, legal teams, or government agencies as requiredEnsure compliance with legal requirements and industry standardsQualifications:Bachelors degree or diploma in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related fieldProven experience as a Land Surveyor or similar roleProficiency with survey equipment (e.g., total stations, GPS, robotic instruments) and CAD softwareSolid understanding of measurement techniques, mapping, and geodetic principlesStrong analytical, mathematical, and technical skillsValid Land Surveyor license or certification (as per local/regional requirements)We are fully GDPR compliant and take your privacy seriously.
