Reporting to the Vice President, People, this role develops and delivers policies, training, and innovative wellness solutions that build a safe, healthy, and engaged workforce.The successful candidate will bring a professional polish to programs while also demonstrating the ability to roll up their sleeves and develop a trusting connection with our teams whether its leading a session on safe lifting, completing an audit, or designing a wellness program.
