Regular social events, like BBQs and hiking trips, keep the vibe fun and community-driven.Your New Role:As a Mechanical Engineer/Project Manager, youll lead diverse projects focused on HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Youll take designs from concept to completion, manage client relationships, and ensure smooth project delivery. Youll also support construction reviews, contract administration, and perform load calculations using industry-standard tools. Its a hands-on role with real impactand plenty of room to grow.What Youll Need to Succeed:Were looking for a Mechanical Engineer with at least four years of local professional experience and a solid track record in delivering projects from start to finish across institutional, industrial, commercial, and residential sectors. You should be registered or eligible for registration with EGBC, and have hands-on experience designing detailed HVAC and plumbing systems. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along with a deep understanding of building construction and mechanical systems. Familiarity with the BC Building Code, the National Building Code of Canada, and the BC Plumbing Code is key.
