We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer that values and welcomes a diverse employee base.* **Diversity is a fact, Inclusion & Equity is a choice, Belonging is an outcome.** *We encourage you to contact us at if you require an accommodation for the recruitment process, we would love to hear from you!* **Main Job Tasks, & Duties** - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner - Provide product information and offer recommendations to customers based on their needs - Handle customer inquiries, escalate customer complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction - Online order Fulfillment - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging merchandise - Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends - Ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience for every customer - Managing end of month inventory reports - Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system - Participate in store promotions, sales events, and product launches - Be the resident Social Media expert providing expertise about trends and community requests. Provide new and innovative ways to attract prospective customers (contests, promotions, etc) - Making stories, reels & posts to inform our audience of what the Eco Collective has to offer with their products - Track the social media performance of leading brands on social, as well as vitals and other eco-industry leaders. Report findings to the team as needed. - Stay updated on social media best practices and trends, experimenting with innovative strategies to boost engagement and grow followers. - Handle Customer Care for social media community inquiries **Education and Experience** - Minimum two years retail experience - Experience with POS, Shopify, and Shopify ecommerce - Video editing skills: You are very familiar with TikTok & Reels & editing and optimization - Basic Graphic Design Skills (Canva, Photoshop) - Basic Copywriting Principles with A Focus on Ecommerce Marketing **Key Skills and Competencies** - Strong customer service and relational skills - Excellent communication and listening skills - Knowledge of products and ability to make product recommendations - Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling cash - Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Positive attitude and willingness to learn - Ability to work well within a team and contribute to a positive work culture **We thank all applications for their interest; however, only those shortlisted will be contacted.** *Tru Earth does not accept unsolicited resumes from search firms or employment agencies.
