Owen Daniels is proud to partner with a global leader in construction and infrastructure technology operating in 50+ countries.They are currently recruiting for a Supply Chain and Operations Manager to lead supply chain activities at a manufacturing site in Surrey, BC.You'll drive purchasing, order fulfillment, and inventory management while building out robust established processes and utilization of ERP systems to ensure on time in full delivery. ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end supply chain operations across Canadian branchesManage Operations Coordinators and provide leadership to plant operations teamDrive inventory optimization - establish safety stock levels and control practicesEnsure on-time delivery (OTIF) through standardized fulfillment processesManage vendor relationships - evaluate new suppliers and monitor performanceMaintain ERP accuracy - cycle counts, standard costs, and data integrityAnalyze metrics and lead root cause analysis for continuous improvementRequired Education and ExperienceIdeally Bachelor's degree with 10+ years operations/supply chain experience Strong ERP experience (SAP, NAV, or similar)People management experience preferred Strong leadership skills across office and plant environments
