They are made up of a team of highly skilled individuals with the shared goal to grow together and be the best in their craft!Your New Role:As a Project Manager/Estimator, you will bring 2-5 years of experience in project management or estimating. In this position, you will handle a variety of tasks, including estimating smaller jobs and repairs, managing service work orders, and overseeing project workflows from scheduling to invoice closeout. Experience in commercial and industrial projects is a strong asset. In a PM/Estimator role, you should have a strong understanding of electrical codes and systems, and be adept at multitasking and managing multiple projects simultaneously. This role is fast-paced and high-volume, requiring an organized and detail-oriented individual. Proficiency in Accubid, MS Office, Bluebeam, Procore, and Zoom is essential. Additionally, you should excel in building and maintaining strong relationships with peers, consultants, contractors, and clients to maximize business opportunities. Your responsibilities will also include managing project financial performance, purchasing materials and equipment, preparing project manuals and quality reports, and ensuring a safe and productive work environment.What You'll Need to Succeed:We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual with 2 to 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Estimator in the electrical and construction industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and regulations, along with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Proficiency in project cost control and financial tracking is essential, as is familiarity with industry-standard software such as Accubid, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Procore, and Zoom.
