Full-Time | Based in White Rock, BCAbout the RoleThe Curtain Call Custom Interiors is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee custom home renovation and interior design projects across White Rock, Surrey and Langley. Youll manage each phase of a project from planning to final installation, ensuring designs are executed with care and efficiency. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication, and a commitment to maintaining our reputation for quality and service.What Youll DoManage custom renovation and design projects from start to finishCoordinate trades, suppliers, permitting, and materials to ensure smooth project flowWork alongside the interior design team to implement design intent with accuracyUse ClickUp to manage tasks, timelines, and key project milestonesConduct regular site visits to oversee progress, cleanliness, and workmanshipMaintain clear communication with clients and the internal team throughout the projectTrack and document project progress with written updates and job site photosMonitor budgets and timelines closely, adjusting as needed to maintain project scopeEnsure all work complies with BC Building Codes and applicable municipal regulationsWhat You BringMinimum 5 years of experience managing residential renovation or design-build projectsStrong understanding of construction sequencing, trades, and site coordinationAbility to read and interpret design drawings and architectural plansProficiency with digital project management tools, particularly ClickUpExcellent communication, organizational and client service skillsA collaborative approach to working with designers, clients, and tradesValid BC drivers license and reliable vehicle for site travel across the Lower MainlandPreferred QualificationsEducation in construction, project management, or interior designFamiliarity with high-end residential project standardsUnderstanding of permitting processes and municipal requirements in BCExperience working in a boutique or high-end residential renovation environmentWhat to ExpectYoull typically manage three to five active projects at various stages, working closely with our interior designers to ensure every detail is executed with care. This role is not responsible for design work but requires a deep appreciation for design standards and client expectations.
