You are an integral component in developing and maintaining good resident relationships for our buildings.About the RoleYour skills would include being approachable, proactive, and professional; cleaning skills; and a good working knowledge of the BC Residential Tenancy Act and Regulations. This portfolio requires previous experience in the property management industry. A valid drivers license and own vehicle are required.ResponsibilitiesMonthly rent collections and deposits, and general administrative duties, including tenant move-outs and annual suite inspections. (Two Buildings)Ensuring and maintaining cleanliness in the common areas of the buildings and property (Two Buildings)Daily rounds of the property to ensure security and cleanliness standards are met for residents. (Two Buildings)Respond to emergency calls quickly and efficiently (during both regular and after-hours as needed).Providing the property manager with regular updates and advice on preventative maintenance measures.
