Apply now or email your profile to to get in touch with our team.Responsibilities:Leading construction projects from initial design through to completion, including deficiency and close-out periodsDeveloping and maintaining project schedules and budgets to ensure timely, on-budget deliverySelecting, contracting, and managing sub-trades to align with project goalsOverseeing all site-related reporting, documentation, and communicationUtilizing project management software such as Procore and Bluebeam to manage workflowsPerforming other project-related duties as required to support the success of each buildQualifications:We're looking for candidates who bring the following:A minimum of 10 years experience managing commercial and industrial construction projects from the ground up (example of relevant projects: warehouses, distribution or manufacturing facilities, and retail complexes)Proven expertise in concrete tilt-up or ground-up construction methodsProficiency in Procore software; experience with Bluebeam and AutoCAD is considered an assetStrong goal-setting and achievement orientation, with a track record of delivering resultsAbility to navigate challenges with persistence, adaptability, and leadershipSelf-motivated and team-oriented, with excellent interpersonal and organizational skillsSalary: $120,000 - $145,000 annually plus performance-based bonusPlease note that the posted pay range for this role may vary based on seniority, qualifications, or prior experience.
