The Territory Manager BC reports to the Regional Director of Sales and is responsible for the sale of our digital marketing solutions such as websites, e-commerce solutions, and CRM-Desking suite. He/she is part of a team and represents 360.Agency with automotive and motorsports dealerships, developing business relationships in their territory. With an independent and entrepreneurial spirit, you can manage your daily activities and plan your visits to dealerships in your area to achieve your goals. This position is a sales and customer management role with a base salary plus commission, based in British Columbia. .......... Main Tasks and Responsibilities Sign recurring revenue contracts with new customers by planning your schedule and travel for sales calls to potential customers (car dealerships). Identify upsell opportunities and renew contracts within your existing customer portfolio. Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to tailor sales demonstrations based on dealer business processes. Establish and maintain a presence in your territory, building trust with dealers. Report activities such as daily calls, sales opportunities, weekly work plans, and territory analyses using our Salesforce system. Gather competitor information on prices, products, and news. Advise on product, service, and policy changes, evaluating results and competitive positioning. Manage client relationships by reviewing opportunities and issues, developing solutions, and preparing reports for management. Maintain professional knowledge through workshops, publications, and active participation in professional associations. Maintain sales records and contribute to team sales objectives. .......... Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B technology sales in a quota-carrying role. Proven ability to consistently meet sales goals. Experience or knowledge in the automotive industry is an asset but not required. Strong negotiation, objection handling, and closing skills. Ability to solicit new clients and manage business relationships. Self-confidence, resilience, rigor, and entrepreneurial spirit. Motivation to achieve goals. Product presentation skills. ..........
