As a Senior Portfolio Manager in our Real Estate Finance Group, you will play a critical role in shaping the organizations growth and success. Your expertise in credit analysis and real estate financing structuring will enable you to make a positive impact on our organization. Your primary responsibilities will include: Collaborating with fellow account managers to oversee complex portfolio aspects, including analyzing files, preparing financing offers, and conducting negotiations Negotiating financing terms with the credit department and customers/prospects as needed Assisting in implementing, renewing, and reviewing complex files with account managers Reviewing expert documents from consultants, lawyers, and other relevant professionals Evaluating prerequisites prior to disbursements Maintaining the quality of the portfolio Identifying risks inherent in the sectors activities You will be part of a highly motivated team within the Commercial and Private Banking sector.
