Location Mandate As the diversification of funding sources becomes a strategic lever, SOCODEVI aims to strengthen its leadership in innovative financing. The incumbent will be responsible for identifying, structuring, and implementing innovative financing solutionsincluding blended finance mechanisms, partnerships with the private sector, and hybrid business models promoting sustainability, particularly in areas such as regenerative agriculture, ecosystem services, or carbon finance (e.g., carbon credits, voluntary markets). Reporting to the Director Strategy and Development, this person will play a key role in the evolution of SOCODEVIs strategy. Responsibilities Propose innovative, inclusive, and sustainable financing strategies and mechanisms, aligned with SOCODEVIs mission and practices; Identify potential sources of financing and contribute to the development of business cases adapted to project needs and the expectations of different investors; Analyze the feasibility and performance of financing mechanisms and propose structuring financial solutions (revolving funds, concessional financing, guarantee mechanisms, etc.); Support teams in the design and implemantation of financing models adapted to the contexts of intervention (structuring of support funds, capitalization tools, partnerships); Participate in the development of funding proposals, including the writing of technical and financial components; Ensure continuous monitoring of new financing mechanisms and promote innovative financing internally and with partners; Represent SOCODEVI in strategic forums and promote our expertise to various stakeholders. Your profile Masters degree related to economics, finance, international development, environnement, or equivalent; At least 7 years of experience in project development, private capital mobilizations, CSR, or climate finance; Proven knowledge of issues related to sustainable finance, agricultural value chains and the carbon market; Ability to build strategic relationships with partners from the public, philantrhopic, and private sector; Excellent interpersonal skills and ease in working in intercultural and multisectoral contexts; Autonomy, initiative, creativity, and strong ability to structure complex proposales; Political acumen, anlaytical mindset, ability to work in a team; Proficiency in French and English (spoken and written), knowledge of Spanish is an asset.
