You will also build and support a highly engaged, performant technical team, act as a coach and mentor in their growth and development and create an environment that fosters technical innovation and quality delivery. You will have the opportunity to build the technical strategy to take us to the next level and through our cloud migration journey to S4/HANA.What youll doEngineering excellence & deliveryDrive continuous improvement in ERP development processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cross-platform scalabilityLead the technical management of our SAP S/4HANA modernization program, supporting the Program director to deliver within scope, budget, and timeline.Lead a team of technical resources consisting of Infrastructure architects, ABAP developers, Fiori developers, Data Architects,Collaborate with vendors and review the quality of deliverablesCollaborate with TELUS Product groups to support a digital roadmap for the SAP ERP platform as well upstream and downstream systemsPartner with various communities of practice (Architecture, Quality Engineering, Platform) to create best-in-class technology strategies.
