Our certified specialists use innovative technologies to protect millions of homes and businesses throughout Canada.Under the supervision of the Regional Director, the duties and responsibilities of the Branch Manager include,but are not limited to, the following:Direct the day-to-day activities of the Operations ManagersManage and grow provincial accountsBuild and maintain relationships with key clientsAssist Regional Director with revenue growth, employee and customer retentionRespond to new customer sales requests and inquiriesManage existing customer service requests, inquiries and escalationAbility to provide support in managing employee or customer issues that Operations Managers may haveBe knowledgeable of technical data concerning pesticides used, and their application in accordance to the labelLearn and provide technical know-how on leading industry trendsImplement company programs, initiatives, and current operational guidelinesAccountable for operating within company and business unit policies and procedures; create an environment that motivates employees to be successfulMaintain Inventory Control, including ordering; truck and account audits; warehouse inventory count, etc.Perform other duties as requiredSalary Range: $85,000-1,00,000 AnnuallyRequirements5 years industry experience, or equivalent combination of education is an asset5 years experience managing managers in a fast-paced environment requiredStrong Business acumenAbility managing and leading assigned projects and employeeAbility to manage administrative duties along with field workExcellent organizational and time managementProficiency in written and verbal communicationExcellence in clear and concise feedback, performance management and coachinAttention to detail and analytical skillsKnowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint/ Documents, Sheets, Gmail, and Slides) at an intermediate levelValid drivers LicenseValid Pest Control License or willing to obtainHigh school diploma; university degree preferredLicenses/certificates as required by federal and provincial regulationAble to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all timeAbility to work at heights and lift in excess of fifty poundsCompensation is between $ 85,000- $ 100,000 based on experienceBenefitsA career with Rentokil-Terminix is exactly that - a professional trajectory filled with opportunity.
