We are looking for highly motivated Team Lead to join our Prenatal Outreach Resource Team (PORT) in North Battleford. PORT will provide intensive case management, wraparound supports and services for pre and postnatal women in North Battleford and surrounding area, who are at risk of having their baby apprehended at birth.Main ActivitiesThe Team Lead is responsible for administrative tasks, overseeing staff, daily operations to ensure the highest quality servicesHR related functions and dutiesEducation development, training, supervision of staffOngoing employee evaluation to support care excellenceConnecting with community agencies and stakeholders in and around Prince AlbertGenerate and organize schedules and fulfil staffing requirements as neededProvide case management in a community based settingQualificationsThe successful candidates will have the followingExceptional time management, with ability to prioritize and carry out work in a fast-paced environmentStrong conflict resolution, organizational and interpersonal skills, critical thinking, exceptional problem-solving abilityWillingness to adapt to new concepts, techniques, and knowledge in the fields of Child and Family programs, HIV and pregnancy, addictions, harm reduction and trauma informed careAbility to communicate and be assertive while maintaining an effective working relationship with staff and clientsCultural sensitivity to Indigenous issuesHR experience, payroll functions are an assetComputer proficiencyAbility to work field hourValidate drivers licenseAccess to a vehicle is requiredBackground working in Mental Health and Addictions is an assetBSW or combination of education and work-related experienceJob Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:Dental + Vision CareExtended Health CareCompany Pension Plan #J-18808-Ljbffr
