The Job will report to the Agent and / or Level #2 AdvisorsJob OverviewThis role is one of a Level #1 Client Care Advisor and is geared towards a newly licensed individual (Under 2 Years Industry Experience) that will allow the candidate to gain experience and knowledge while being mentored by a more senior member of our team. You will be responsible to assist your mentoring advisor on completing and processing client changes to existing coverages and policies, as well as follow a pre-determined development plan while supporting the team, in order to eventually be promoted to a Level #2 Advisor after minimum of One Year.Responsibilities and DutiesAbility to Manage a small client base, with your own Book of Business with a list of assigned clients (approximately 250) that will be your responsibility. Managing, Growing and Retaining this relationshipDeliver Second to None Client Experience while learning and adhering to all Agency Processes and Tools that are available to you.Manage and assist with Active Claims daily follow ups and assist clients with questions and concerns with their open claim. Coordinate assistance with the Claims Rep assigned to each case and help provide routine updates to clients on their situation on an ongoing basis.Manage all tasks related to Billing including Missed Payments, Invoice reminders, credit card updates, banking changes, Life Billing returns, billing conrmations, and reinstatement conditions. Each task to be followed and pended until policy is active and not in danger of losing coverageWork alongside a designated Level #2 mentoring Advisor and assist them daily on finishing and processing changes on their behalf. Cordinating necessary document retrieval in order to process these changes and corresponding with clients to gather information required / provide confirmation.Actively Market Auto Loan product through Claims (Total Losses) and Pivot to Life Insurance Appts daily.Demonstrate Ability to Pivot to Life & Financial Services Daily and obtain daily, weekly, monthly and annual performance targets in both pivoting and Appointments being heldManaging your own ongoing activities daily and being able to recognize those that are more urgent and time sensitive, while also setting proper client expectationsPromoting our Business daily with existing clients through Google reviews and Asking DailyReceive positive NPS (Net Promotor Score) on returned surveys based on your client interactionsActively & Proactively assist agency in retaining our clients and book of business through our SIGNicant Event Retention processSolicit Referrals Daily from Client Base to Assist Agency in identifying new prospectsQualications NecessaryOrganization & Ability to Work in Fast Paced EnvironmentAbility to work with basic computer client based and oce / email softwarePositive Outlook and Outgoing Personality. Ability to Build RelationshipsMUST HAVE EITHER ACTIVE OTL or RIBO LICENSE / IF UNLICENSED YOU WILL HAVE MAXIMUM 90 DAYS TO SECURE LICENSE (OTL)Agency Expectations / Performance ReviewTrial Contract for Up to 90 Days Initially followed by Permanent position oer once LicensedAttendance Record needs to be positive in order to maintain position.Ability to Mesh with the team in a positive fashion and add to the posi=ve work atmosphere will be measured in order to maintain positionKey Measurement of Performance will be Ability to manage this role with a trend of needing less supervision, as well as your ability to Add to our Client Experience in a Positive Fashion.Reviews to be conducted 3 times per year after Permanent ContractAbility to be Promoted to Level #2 Advisor after 6 months.Compensation & Rewards PackageBase Salary starting at $42,500 ($40,000 if Unlicensed) with full Medical & Dental Benefits after 90 DaysCommission Plan paid semi-monthly along with monthly bonuses available that total up to $525 per monthOpportunity to be promoted to Level #2 Advisor after Minimum 1 Year (6 months if you already have 2 Years Industry Experience)...
