Customer Service Representative Role We are seeking a top performer to join our Customer Experience team. Our ideal candidate is a collaborative and results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. About the Job: Provide exceptional customer service through multiple channels (phone, email, chat) Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently Key Responsibilities: Greet customers with a professional demeanor and address their concerns Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience Meet or exceed performance objectives and productivity targets Requirements: 1+ year of customer-facing experience Strong problem-solving skills and passion for innovation Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies Flexibility: Set your own flexible schedule between Monday to Sunday (7am-8pm MST) from the comfort of your home. A minimum of 25 hours per week is required, including at least 6 hours on one weekend day (Sat and/or Sun).
