Job Title:Senior Specialist, Commercial Portfolio ManagementAs a Senior Specialist in Commercial Portfolio Management, you will play a vital role in working closely with the Commercial Account Managers and various internal and external partners as a credit expert.Key Responsibilities:Conduct thorough credit analysis in line with established Credit Centre standards, making recommendations to ensure the best possible outcomes.Structure credit applications by mitigating risks and developing financing scenarios that meet client needs while aligning with the Bank's risk criteria.Collaborate with Commercial Account Managers to determine client financing needs.Negotiate credit terms and conditions with Credit Risk Management as needed, ensuring the availability of financing for the Commercial Account Manager.Obtain feedback from Account Managers on preliminary credit application versions, make adjustments as necessary, and present them to the RVP before forwarding to Credit Risk Management to guarantee they meet the Bank's requirements for overall client profitability.Work together with account representatives and Credit Risk Management to ensure efficient processing of credit applications.Serve as a resource person for your team in handling credit matters, providing assistance as needed in addressing team members' skills development in this area.Identify inherent risks associated with sector activities.
