Im a single father who works as a specialist in the hospital. I have my kids every other week. When I am on call, it is sometimes difficult to predict my availability. My kids are great, they get along most of the time, but as siblings, they have their occasional disagreements. They are quite independent. I need somebody who can be available during those weeks. I have them to help out with driving them to activities, making their lunches for school, meals on occasion, and assisting me to ensure that they are looked after and cared for.
