Reporting directly to the President and CEO, you will lead business development efforts, operational performance, and client relationship management to drive profitability and long-term success. You will formulate and implement comprehensive commercial strategies that align with the companys overall vision and growth targets.This role requires close collaboration with the three business unit leaders to integrate strategic planning, resource allocation, and service delivery, ensuring all parts of the organization move cohesively towards shared goals. You will oversee the development of performance measurement systems, setting key performance indicators and establishing reporting frameworks to track divisional progress and outcomes. A core responsibility will be identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities across North America while managing risks and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.You will champion a culture of innovation and operational discipline, empowering teams to exceed client expectations and continuously improve service quality.
