As Wellness Manager, reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible and accountable for managing health and wellness service provisions for our residents by promoting a high quality of service and resident independence in our retirement community. **The following traits and qualifications are required:** Registration with the College of Nurses in good standing (either a Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse) Experience in administration and supervision and working knowledge of appropriate legislation Must be able to function smoothly and effectively amidst many distractions.
