We offer a wide range of programs and services, including children, youth and family services, support for seniors, employment services, counseling, housing and shelter services, thrift shops, and various volunteer services.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Finance located in Victoria, BC. The Director of Finance will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. This role involves managing financial risk, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing strategic financial insights to senior management. The Director of Finance will also supervise the finance team, manage accounts payable and receivable, and collaborate with other departments to support operational and strategic goals.QualificationsExperience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecastingProficiency in financial reporting, risk management, and regulatory complianceSkills in leadership, team management, and communicationStrong analytical and strategic thinking skillsProficiency with financial software and toolsRelevant credentials such as a CPA or other professional accounting designationExperience in the non-profit sector is a plusBachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field #J-18808-Ljbffr
