The job also centers on overseeing financial statement preparation, budgeting, GST/PST returns, receivables, and payables. This is great fit for someone looking to looking to join a dynamic and growing organization where they can have a positive impact on the team around them.Key ResponsibilitiesProvides the Finance and Accounting framework for multiple operating divisionsLeads corporate financing initiatives, including financial institution negotiations and agreementsLeads due diligence efforts, specific to M&A activitiesProvides timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends, and forecastsWorks year round to ensure an unqualified audit at year endLeads the annual budget process, including P&L, cash flow, and capex budgetsOversees the organization's risk management strategy including insurance and FX hedgingManages internal controls, process maps, and procedures for all financial systems in the organizationCoordinates training and internal auditing of administrative functionsPlays a key role in post-acquisition integrationExecutes the business plan objectives by working proactively with the management teamPreference will be given to a candidate that could lead the HR and/or IT functions of the CompanyOther responsibilities as assignedPlease apply with a cover letter & resume. #J-18808-Ljbffr
