Job Functions:As a key member of a national leading Security Company, the Branch Manager will oversee all duties related to Security, Safety, and Branch operations.Take ownership of staff and client issues, providing proactive and timely support and incident response.Maintain strict confidentiality, data integrity, and accurate record-keeping; respond appropriately to inquiries and information requests.Build and sustain effective relationships with key stakeholders and deliver specialized security services based on client needs.Ensure compliance with federal, provincial, and municipal legal requirements to maintain the organizations reputation and stability.Analyze branch key performance indicators and statistics to measure and improve branch efficiency.Remain on call and act as an after-hours resource during emergencies.Manage daily operations and ensure contractual obligations are met.Monitor accounts receivable and payable for accuracy and completion.Perform additional duties as needed to support branch and corporate objectives. Requirements:A graduate degree in Business or a related discipline, with specialized training in protection services or criminology, or equivalent education and experience.Minimum of three years supervisory or managerial experience.Knowledge of legislation and standards related to fire safety, building codes, security, and privacy protection.Strong leadership, social, and organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Ability to write and present proposals to large organizations.Creative in developing new methods to improve performance and success.Proven ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships. Legally authorized to work in Canada. Education Requirements:High School Diploma/GED.Post-secondary education in Security or Police Foundations, or relevant security industry experience.
