Voici comment En tant que conseiller PAE, vous fournirez du counselling en personne aux clients du programme daide aux employs de TELUS Sant de votre rgion, selon nos besoins. Vous travaillerez en tant que fournisseur indpendant, selon votre disponibilit. Comment vous ferez une diffrence Vous offrirez du counselling de courte dure une clientle varie, selon les modalits de leur PAE; Vous assurerez un suivi administratif des dossiers en utilisant les modles cliniques fournis. Vous possdez Vous dtenez une matrise en psychologie en travail social ou un domaine connexe; Vous tes membre en rgle de l''OPQ, l''OTSTCFQ ou l''OPPQ; Vous possdez un minimum de cinq ans d''exprience clinique post-matrise; Vous avez la capacit dtablir des objectifs court terme et vous utilisez une approche oriente vers les solutions; Vous tes aptes grer des situations de crise ou de risque lev; Vous avez une bonne connaissance des ressources communautaires.
