We have a great group of professionals whose dedication and teamwork form the backbone of our company.SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead and manage our warehouse operations.You will be responsible for ensuring efficient and timely fulfillment of customer orders, maintaining a safe and productive work environment, maintaining inventory levels, and supervision of hourly employees.Duties and ResponsibilitiesOversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.Manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and minimizing stockouts.Train, supervise, and motivate a team of warehouse associates.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.Implement and maintain efficient warehouse processes and procedures.Analyze data and identify areas for improvement in warehouse operations.Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports.Perform other duties as assigned by Management.Required Skills and QualificationsSecondary school diploma or equivalent.3 -5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with a strong preference for supervisory or management experience.Experience with inventory management systems (e.g., Manhattan, Oracle, etc.)Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in using warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to lift and move heavy objects.Desired Skills and QualificationsBachelors degree in supply chain management or related field.Experience with Excel, Word, Manhattan WMS, Oracle E1Knowledge of warehousing best practices and regulatory requirements.If you are interested in joining a fun and collaborative work environment, apply today!We are committed to accommodating applicants with disabilities throughout the recruitment and selection process.
