As an Immigration Case Analyst, youll play a vital role in intake, processing, and follow-up of client files. Depending on your experience and tenure, you will work on various types of immigration files with increasing autonomy.Youll have the opportunity to build expertise in immigration applications such as:LMIAWork PermitsSponsorshipExpress EntryInvestor ProgramsKey ResponsibilitiesAct as the main point of contact for client inquiries, providing updates throughout the file lifecycleComplete government forms, draft submission letters, review client information, and follow up on outstanding itemsConduct research and leverage government resources to ensure accuracy and complianceManage assigned files, including billing processes and invoice approvalsSchedule client meetings and ensure all timelines, expiry dates, and key deadlines are metSkills & QualificationsBachelors degree, Diploma, or Certificate (required)Fluent in French and English (spoken & written)1+ years previous Canadian immigration or legal administrative experience (LMIA, Express Entry, PNP, Sponsorship, Work Permit applications) is an assetExcellent writing, attention to detail, and organizational skillsStrong customer service orientation and communication skillsAbility to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
