In this role, youll lead the design and delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects while managing relationships with existing and prospective clients. Youll work cross-functionally with diverse internal teams, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes aligned with safety, sustainability, and client objectives.This position offers a flexible hybrid work environment, with the ability to work from home and/or a designated office, while providing the opportunity to impact vital energy infrastructure across North America and beyond.Key Responsibilities:Manage full project life cycle from planning and design through execution and construction support for hydropower and dam-related projectsLead and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project delivery, scope alignment, and technical qualitySupport business development through client engagement, proposal development, and relationship-buildingEstablish project objectives, procedures, and performance standards; maintain schedules, budgets, and contractual complianceConduct site visits and support field operations as neededFoster internal collaboration across engineering disciplines and geographiesMentor junior team members and help develop future leadership within the organizationRepresent the organization professionally with clients, regulators, and industry groupsChampion company policies, including health and safety, quality assurance, and risk managementQualifications:Required:Bachelors degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering810 years of engineering experience, preferably within hydropower, water infrastructure, or dam projectsProven project management expertise, with a strong understanding of design and construction cyclesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to interact with and lead cross-functional teams and external stakeholders at all levelsWillingness and ability to travel frequently for site visitsPreferred:Professional Engineering (PE) licenseExperience transitioning from technical engineering roles into project managementFamiliarity with FERC regulations and hydropower facility engineeringStrong client-facing and relationship-building skillsWork Environment & Culture:This role is ideal for a hands-on, solution-oriented leader who thrives in a collaborative environment.
