An established limited-service hotel in Port Hardy is seeking a personable and dedicated Front Desk Manager to lead our guest services team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional who thrives in a hands-on environment and takes pride in delivering an exceptional guest experience. As the Front Desk Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out processes, efficient handling of reservations, and prompt resolution of guest needs. You will be a key point of contact for guests and staff alike, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere while maintaining operational efficiency.
