ROLE: Warehouse & Logistics Manager'>ResponsibilitiesManage the fleet of trucks and drivers, including maintenance and safety.Oversee the reception, handling, distribution, and storage of packaging and raw materials and finished goods.Coordinate with the production manager to ensure stock availability.Develop monthly reports and support inventory management, including cycle counting, reconciliations, and maintaining inventory.Plan warehouse layout and space requirements for optimal utilization and minimize loss or damage.Manage employee and financial resources effectively.Strong communication and organizational skills.Proven leadership with strong people management skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP, and WMS.Able to manage large datasets under time-sensitive environments.Responsible for managing a fleet of trucks and drivers including but not limited to maintenance, safety, etc.Manage the reception, handling, distribution, and storage of all packaging and raw materials, and finished goods that come in and out of the warehouse and cooler.Oversee and monitor the availability of stock in coordination with the production manager.Develop and initiate monthly reports, support inventory management consisting of cycle count, reconciling, and maintaining inventory.Plan warehouse layout and space requirements in order to prevent loss or damage and to achieve full warehouse optimizationManaging and allocating employee and financial resources.
