As part of a fast-paced, innovative team, you will have the chance to make an impact with your analytical, negotiation, and legal expertise.'>Conduct thorough reviews of bid documents, contracts (service/maintenance, modernization, new installation), change orders, and legal agreements.Negotiate and approve contract terms in collaboration with stakeholders and customers.Support projects and initiatives with regulatory, legal, and operational risk implications.Provide guidance on contractual rights and obligations to internal stakeholders and customers.Develop and administer insurance and bond requests, as needed.Assist in drafting demand letters and negotiating settlements for unpaid accounts or early contract cancellations.Research industry trends and legislative updates to enhance contract management processes.Perform administrative duties to support compliance, contracts, and risk administration initiatives.'>Qualifications:'>Post-secondary education in law, legal administration, or paralegal studies is preferred.A minimum of 2+ years' experience in contract review and administration knowledge of construction contracts in Canada is beneficial.Proficiency in legal terminology and ability to interpret complex legal documents.Strong analytical, negotiation, and attention-to-detail skills.Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.Comfort with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
