This role allows you to have a tangible impact on the digital experiences offered to advisors and head office teams, thanks to your expertise in product leadership, digital transformation, and wealth management. Your job Strategic Product Leadership Work closely with the train lead to define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for advice and portfolio management capabilities, aligned with business objectivesLead the prioritization of epics and features across multiple teams, ensuring alignment with the train's mission and value streamsEnsure solutions deliver measurable value and exceptional user experiencesAgile Train Collaboration Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, architecture, and delivery teams across the ART.Facilitate PI planning readiness, feature decomposition, and backlog grooming in collaboration with Product Owners, RTEs, and Solution Architects.Ensure cross-team dependencies are identified, managed, and communicated effectively.Portfolio & Advice Domain Expertise Guide the transversal evolution of tools related to portfolio management and advice (ex. Croesus, Advice Suite)Serve as the voice of the network, translating insights into actionable features and enhancements. Fostering network efficiency, client engagement and regulatory compliance. Support integration efforts and change management to ensure seamless onboarding of new capabilitiesLeadership & Governance Mentor and coach Product Owners within the train, fostering a culture of ownership, agility, and continuous improvement.Contribute to governance forums, OKR alignment, and agile maturity assessments across the portfolio.Represent the train in strategic planning and transformation initiatives.Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership and business sponsors.PrerequisitesBachelor's degree and 7 to 10 years of relevant experience.At least 5 years of experience in a strategic role in product or project management.Proven experience in wealth management, portfolio management platforms, and financial planning tools.Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex product portfolios.Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
