About the role: Assistant Store Manager This position requires managing operations and ensuring the team follows all company standards. The Assistant Store Manager plays a hands-on role in supporting the Store Manager and helping maintain smooth store performance. Responsibilities Provide critical support to the Store Manager in daily retail store operations. In the absence of the Store Manager, act as Manager on Duty (MOD). Ensure that tasks are completed and store procedures are followed. Maintain a safe work environment for employees. Participate in inventory counts and ensure accurate restocking.
