Our seven-lawyer team is client-centered and service-oriented, with specialties in general solicitor and civil litigation. We are seeking a new civil litigation team member to join our supportive and cohesive firm. Role Description This is a great opportunity for a lawyer to independently handle their own litigation law cases, provide legal advice, draft legal documents, represent clients in court, and negotiate and mediate settlements. What we are seeking: A lawyer called to the bar in British Columbia 3-10 years of experience in litigation A self-starter with strong advocacy and client service skills Strong organization and multitasking abilities A pragmatic and clear communication style with strong drafting skills Proven success in building client relationships Someone who enjoys being part of a collaborative and engaging team Independently manage all aspects of litigation files from beginning to end Our firm: Cherkowski Marsden LLP is a boutique law firm with offices in Vernon and Salmon Arm.
