Business Development Professional This role presents a unique opportunity to have a significant impact on organizational success through expertise in credit risk management, sales strategy, and relationship building. Deliver exceptional client experiences and serve as the primary financial partner for clients with average loan and deposit volumes between $2 MM and $10 MM. Manage and grow a diversified commercial portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving revenue growth. Execute sales activities to meet annual targets in lending, deposits, and cash management services. Leverage internal partnerships to provide tailored financial solutions that address client needs and foster long-term relationships. Assess and manage credit risk in collaboration with the commercial credit team, ensuring prudent decision-making. Develop strong networks and build lasting client relationships through proactive business development and strategic planning. Mentor and support junior employees, contributing to the development of the broader team and enhancing overall performance. As a member of our commercial team, you will report directly to the Senior Manager, Commercial Banking. Hold a Bachelor''s degree in commerce, finance, or accounting. Have 5+ years of experience in commercial lending or related financial services, with a proven track record of success. Proven ability to build and manage commercial portfolios, drive revenue growth, and develop strong client relationships. Strong analytical, strategic planning, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal partners. Availability to travel locally for client engagement and business development, with a valid driver''s license.
