Warehouse Operations Lead Job Summary: A highly skilled and motivated Warehouse Operations Lead is required to oversee the day-to-day operations of a parts distribution center. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering accurate and timely shipments to customers, while ensuring the success of departmental functions. Assist in ensuring the success of departmental functions by coordinating warehouse activities, managing inventory, and supervising employees. Lead and solve problems within the limits of general standards and practices, with some direct guidance from senior management. Motivate direct reports and/or business partners through effective communication, training, coaching, development, and recognition. Identify opportunities for improvement using tools such as layered audits and implement process improvements. Cultivate a safety culture and promote lean principles throughout the organization. Maintain good working relationships and communicate effectively with employees and management.
