Prepared Foods Team Member Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our Prepared Foods team as a member responsible for preparing, serving, and stocking prepared foods. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to maintain a clean and safe working environment. Key Responsibilities: Cut, prepare, and serve hot and cold foods including meats, cheeses, sandwiches, burritos, wraps, salads, and pizza. Sample products to customers. Stock hot and cold cases with prepared foods from the kitchen, walk-in preparation, and refrigerators. Check product dates to ensure freshness and rotate when necessary. Bail and consolidate recyclables. Assist Team Leader in organizing and displaying volume and seasonal items. Complete spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets as required. Assist with inventory checks. Provide excellent customer service, address customer needs in a timely manner, and model suggestive selling techniques. Maximize sales potential through proper procedures for prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising product. Follow health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary working environment. Requirements: Ability to sell proactively. Strong attention to detail.
