Key Responsibilities Prepare food products to a high standard, adhering to health and safety guidelines. Stock and rotate products efficiently, maintaining a clean and well-organized workspace. Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to queries and resolving issues professionally. Work collaboratively as part of a team, contributing to a positive and inclusive store environment. Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Required Skills and Qualifications Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers. Able to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods, with flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends. Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system. Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
