Are you a driven hospitality sales leader ready to take your career to the next level? Our client, a well-established and service-forward hotel, is seeking a Dual Property Director of Sales and Marketing to lead and inspire a dynamic sales team. With 200 rooms across two properties, flexible event spaces and F&B in one of the properties, this full-service property offers the perfect platform for a results-oriented sales strategist to make their mark. As Director of Sales , you will be responsible for driving overall revenue performance across group, corporate, and leisure segments. You will lead a team of sales professionals, develop and execute the sales strategy, and foster key client relationships to ensure consistent market growth. Working closely with the General Manager and brand support teams, your focus will be on maximizing occupancy, ADR, and event revenues while maintaining high service standards. This position is now a Dual property Director of Sales and Marketing. This role is in the office 5 days a week. Compensation $95-110K plus 20-30% bonus. Description Develop and implement annual sales plans aligned with the propertys revenue goals Lead, coach, and support a high-performing sales team, ensuring targets are met or exceeded Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel planners, and event organizers Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to optimize RevPAR and market share Represent the property at key industry events, trade shows, and local business initiatives Collaborate with marketing, operations, and revenue management to drive performance across all segments Requirements 5+ years of progressive hotel sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role Proven ability to lead a team and exceed revenue targets in a competitive market Deep understanding of group, corporate, and catering sales Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Experience with sales CRM systems and revenue management tools A hands-on, proactive, and strategic mindset Corporate Culture Competitive base salary and performance-based bonus Comprehensive benefits package Opportunity to lead a respected team at a reputable hotel A collaborative, professional environment with room for growth Contact Jeremy Atkins at or submit your resume in confidence below.
