Were looking for a technically strong and creative transportation engineer to support software development projects. Youll bridge the gap between engineering and product development helping define strategy, understand market needs, and guide the technical direction of our solutions. What Youll Do Research market needs and support product roadmap planning Lead technical research and analyze competitor products Work with developers and stakeholders to translate engineering needs into product features Create technical documentation (e.g., use cases, specs, test feedback) Support marketing with white papers, presentations, and blog content Assist the sales team with technical questions and client interactions Represent the company at events, client meetings, and conferences What You Bring Bachelors in Transportation Engineering Professional Engineer (P.Eng in Canada or PE in the US) 3+ years of experience in traffic/transportation engineering post-license Expertise in traffic signal timing, capacity studies, traffic modeling, signage Strong understanding of highway design and traffic operations Proficiency in Synchro, SIDRA, VISSIM, AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation Great communication skills and attention to detail Bonus If You Have: Experience taking designs from concept to final Knowledge of modern transportation tech and industry trends Experience presenting at conferences or writing technical content Thanks to all the applicants in advance!
