Position Details: Title: 4 Event Modelling Developers Duration: 7 months (potential for extension) Start Date: September 22, 2025 Department: AutoFund Delivery Location: Services would be carried out remotely. Preference will be given to Saskatchewan based resources who are able to work regular business hours based on Saskatchewan time Requirements: The positions will be responsible for the leadership of Event Modeling sessions and ongoing production support of the custom-built SGI Auto Fund DRIVE Platform which includes a full event-based .NET architecture, azure development pipelines, modern development standards, practices, languages, frameworks, automated testing, and unique product domain structure Must include a description in the proposed resources resume that illustrates their experience with: SGIs DRIVE Auto Fund custom platform Event Modelling framework (originally developed by Adaptec) Necessary Knowledge, Skills, and Experience: Must have previously worked with SGI on the development and implementation of the custom-built SGI Auto Fund DRIVE Platform. Must have previously lead Product Modeling sessions based on the Adaptec framework. 3+ years experience with the following technologies and skills: Event Based Architecture Event Modelling Micro-services .NET using GIT and Visual Studio Azure DevOps Domain-Drive Design (DDD) Scrum Azure based Authentication Platform Application Insights for monitoring and alerting Jest for automated testing Automated Development Pipelines React for Front-End development Azure services for event database technologies Key Roles and Responsibilities: Full-Stack Developer - bridge the gap between front-end and back-end development, ensuring smooth integration of different components. Their ability to work on both ends allows for better communication and coordination within a project, leading to more efficient and cohesive development processes. Event Modeler - creates a visual, structured blueprint for an information system by focusing on events commands and views. This approach helps developers build flexible, resilient, and event-driven systems by aligning stakeholders on business processes, clarifying information flow, and defining requirements in a way that translates directly into code.
