Project Services Manager Location: North America (Flexible/Remote Some Travel May Be Required) Company: Confidential Global Building Products Manufacturer Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent | Leadership RoleA market-leading manufacturer of building solutions is seeking a Project Services Manager to lead and optimize the performance of its Project Services Team across North America.This role is responsible for delivering customer-focused project services at scale, driving process alignment, ensuring high-quality technical outputs, and leading a multidisciplinary team across planning, documentation, and customer delivery.PMP certification is required.Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Resource ManagementLead, coach, and structure a high-performing Project Services team to meet business demands.Allocate and optimize team resources based on project complexity, schedules, and delivery requirements.Participate in training development plans and manage execution for all team members. Process Optimization & Continuous ImprovementImplement departmental strategies in alignment with divisional goals.Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by driving standardization, process upgrades, and systems enhancement.Lead root cause analysis (RCCA) and assign resources to customer claims resolutions. Systems & Performance ManagementEnsure all team members are fully trained on SAP and capable of supporting key business processes.Track, report, and analyze weekly/monthly KPIs to monitor team and individual performance.Liaise with SAP and internal technical teams to align development efforts with business priorities. Project Oversight & Customer FocusEnsure timely and complete execution of customer orders (OTIF delivery).Coordinate closely with technical departments to ensure detail consistency and policy adherence.Drive a customer-first culture with a focus on quality, accountability, and responsiveness.Required Qualifications Bachelors degree (Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or similar) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification mandatory 10+ years of industry experience, including: 5+ years in building products or manufacturing 5+ years working with construction documentation 5+ years with ERP/CRM systems (SAP and Salesforce preferred) Experience leading cross-functional technical teams Expertise in interpreting architectural and structural construction drawingsTechnical SkillsStrong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)Proficiency in CAD tools (AutoDesk Suite); Revit or Tekla preferredFamiliarity with Project Management Software: Primavera, Procore, MS ProjectStrong communication, leadership, and analytical skillsComfortable with fast-paced, data-driven decision makingWhats On OfferStrategic leadership position in a global, innovation-driven organizationInfluence over the future of project services and delivery excellenceCompetitive compensation package with full benefitsHigh-growth opportunity in a highly visible, mission-critical roleConfidential SearchThis search is being conducted confidentially.
