Join our growing team at JD Sports Canada! Your main responsibilities will include delivering excellent customer experiences, fostering team growth and development, and ensuring operational excellence through managerial tasks such as scheduling, inventory management, and employee performance evaluation.Key Duties/Responsibilities:Ensure the team delivers excellent customer service by coaching, motivating, and driving sales.Maintain high customer satisfaction through product knowledge and service.Train and develop a team focused on delivering exceptional experiences to the community.Achieve sales targets and KPIs.Meet sales, customer experience, merchandising, visual, and operational standards.Act as a liaison between customers, sales associates, and store leadership.Learn and share expertise on products and trends to meet customer needs.Stay informed about current and upcoming products and trends.Contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment.Support key initiatives in partnership with the Store Manager.Proactively grow the business through community outreach.Prioritize culture, personal growth, and self-awareness in all actions.Provide outstanding customer experiences consistently, sharing our products with the community.Skills, Experience, and Knowledge Needed:Minimum 2 years of retail experience.Passionate and knowledgeable about streetwear and sneaker culture.Experience supervising, training, and coaching sales associates.Confident in engaging customers to deliver elevated experiences.Motivated by enthusiasm for interacting with customers and athletic products.Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and financial skills.Resourceful and adaptable in a dynamic omni-channel retail environment.High ethical standards, integrity, and trustworthiness.Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.Leadership qualities: inspiring, warm, compassionate, results-driven, and celebratory of successes. #J-18808-Ljbffr
