We focus on delivering projects that are not only structurally sound but also aesthetically striking and environmentally efficient.Role OverviewAs a Site Project Manager, you will oversee and coordinate the on-site execution of cladding, faade, and curtain wall projects from start to completion. You will work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and installation teams to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery. Your background in building envelope systems will be critical in managing installation processes, addressing technical challenges, and driving projects to successful completion.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide on-site leadership and supervision for cladding, faade, and curtain wall projects on high-rise and ICI buildings.Coordinate and manage subcontractors, installation crews, and site resources to achieve schedule and quality targets.Oversee building envelope installations, including rainscreen, ACM panels, GFRC, glass curtain walls, stone, and other exterior systems.Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and building codes.Manage project schedules, anticipate potential delays, and implement corrective measures proactively.Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure the timely delivery of cladding/curtain wall materials and installation equipment.Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and best practices for faade and exterior works.Provide accurate progress updates and reports to senior management and project stakeholders.QualificationsBachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.Proven experience managing cladding, faade, or curtain wall projects in ICI or high-rise construction.Strong technical knowledge of building envelope systems (rainscreen assemblies, curtain wall glazing, aluminum panels, stone, GFRC, etc.).Demonstrated ability to lead site teams, manage subcontractors, and deliver results under tight schedules.Familiarity with construction methodologies, codes, and safety standards related to exterior cladding and faades.Proficiency with project management software (MS Project, Procore, or equivalent) and MS Office Suite.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
