POSITION TITLE: DispatcherLOCATION: Mississauga, ONDue to recent changes and growth, we are looking for a customer-focused Dispatcher for a fast-paced company in Mississauga. The company is growing, and we are specifically looking for someone who can be promoted to a more senior role in future. You will be dispatching about 15-20 crews of technicians across southern Ontario. In this key role, you will be communicating with customers on a regular basis to confirm details for delivery and service appointments, and working closely with the parts department to make sure parts and tools needed by the technicians are available. If you have a background in dispatch, and strong communication skills, we want to hear from you. QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in dispatch.Excellent communication skills, sense of urgency.Strong knowledge of geography in Ontario.Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, able to think on your feet.CCLP Designation (CITT) preferred but not required.SALARY RANGE: $50,000 - $60,000 range (commensurate with experience) plus benefits, bonus, and opportunities to advance.
