Position SummaryManager, Omni Analytics is responsible for leading and delivering data-driven solutions and insights to support business performance. This role involves developing advanced analytics solutions and driving cross-functional collaboration to achieve strategic objectives.What you'll doPartner with technology teams to develop and implement scalable data and analytics solutions. Define clear roadmaps and strategies, build scenarios to finalize requirements, drive business engagement, and develop business intelligence solutions.Build proof of concepts, perform data analysis, develop analytical models, and recommend strategies to troubleshoot issues, ensuring business continuity and user adoption.Implement strategies and embed technology within the organization, ensuring alignment and buy-in from cross-functional and business teams. Manage high-priority projects, lead meetings to decide next steps, and ensure timely delivery. Lead end-to-end implementation of tools, validate value and priorities, and assess readiness for change. Support leadership in data-driven decision-making and stay updated on market advancements.QualificationsBachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or IT EngineeringMinimum 1-2 years experience as an Analytics ManagerPreferred experience in Retail eCommerce and Analytics Product Management or OwnershipStrong SQL and problem-solving skillsProficiency in PowerBI, Tableau, and Looker for analytics and storytellingMinimum QualificationsOutlined below are the required minimum qualifications for this position.
