Job Title: Supply Chain Management Professional We are seeking a seasoned supply chain professional to play a key role in scaling our company globally and impacting education for millions of students. In this new age of AI, the coding and computer science skills we teach are crucial for setting future generations up for success. As we help schools, libraries, and summer camps around the world teach AI literacy and coding, we need someone to manage our global supply chain. Key Responsibilities: Manage the whole supply chain from manufacturing, logistics, and inventory management to serve customers and partners worldwide. Work with overseas partners to ensure high-quality and cost-effective manufacturing for robotics kits and STEM products. Act as a liaison between suppliers and internal customers to translate requirements and specifications. Analyze prices, terms, and conditions from multiple sources and create comparative tables. Negotiate costs, solve problems, and ensure timely supply. Manage global inventories to ensure timely availability of products. Collaborate with the finance team on Spend Analysis and monthly inventory reconciliation. Optimize freight costs and transit times through effective negotiation and strategic route planning. Qualifications: A self-driven and results-focused individual. Degree or diploma in a related field such as supply chain management or business administration. Supply Chain Management Professional (SCMP) designation. Minimum 5 years of experience in a supply chain role, preferably in the electronics and tech industry. Proven experience using ERP Management Systems and Google or Microsoft applications. Proven experience with eCommerce and b2b fulfillment platforms. Expertise in navigating incoterms and negotiating with shipping companies.
