Welding Training Instructor Opportunity This is a fantastic opportunity to share your expertise and passion for welding with students seeking hands-on skills and practical knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques, as well as prior teaching or mentoring experience. CWB Certification and Red Seal endorsement are highly valued assets. Main Responsibilities: Instruct students in MIG (GMAW), TIG (GTAW), and Stick (SMAW) welding techniques Develop engaging lessons, demonstrations, and hands-on training programs Maintain student progress and provide constructive feedback E nsure all safety protocols and welding standards are strictly adhered to P repare students for industry certifications and job readiness M aintain welding equipment and training area in excellent condition Key Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of welding experience (MIG, TIG, Stick) Prior teaching or mentoring experience preferred CWB Certification Red Seal endorsement an asset Strong communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to student success and safety
