Job Title: We are seeking a skilled interior designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical skillset and be proficient in AutoCAD, CET Designer, or similar tools. The role involves producing accurate technical furniture drawings, developing project workback schedules using Asana, and coordinating with vendors to confirm specifications, finishes, and production details. Key Responsibilities: Create detailed technical drawings for custom furniture projects. Develop and maintain project timelines and coordinate vendor communication. Support the sales team with layouts, drawings, finish packages, and technical documentation. Ensure design deliverables are organized, accurate, and ready for review. Requirements: Degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in interior design with a focus on technical drawings and commercial or furniture-related projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD (required); CET Designer is a strong asset. Experience with project management tools such as Asana. Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills. Comfortable managing multiple design tasks with attention to detail. Ability to work full-time, in-office, Monday to Friday. A team player who is comfortable supporting multiple people and projects at once. Nice to Haves: Experience in contract furniture or commercial interiors. Familiarity with North American furniture standards and BIFMA compliance.
